Terms and Conditions
1. Seller and scope
CONSEQWIN is the product brand. Services are supplied by THE INNOVATION INFORMATION SYSTEM, at 23 July street, Muscat 25532, Oman. Contact support@conseqwin.com.
These terms cover CONSEQWIN LEARN, TEACH and TRANSFORM. The Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Training Terms explain the related arrangements. Keep a copy of the terms and your order confirmation. An organization’s representative must have authority to order on its behalf.
2. Orders and availability
Only features listed in the purchase offer are included. Enquiries, demonstrations and waitlist registrations do not create a paid booking. A service marked coming soon cannot be purchased until checkout is enabled. TRANSFORM is supplied under an accepted written proposal specifying scope, dates, participants, price and delivery arrangements.
Registration alone does not grant paid access. Subscription access requires a verified completed payment. We will correct material pricing errors before accepting an affected order and will not impose a higher price without your agreement.
3. Prices and automatic renewal
- LEARN monthly: USD20 per month.
- LEARN annual: USD199 per year, charged annually.
- TEACH monthly: USD50 per month.
- TEACH annual: USD499 per year, charged annually.
Subscriptions renew automatically for the selected billing period until cancelled. There is no free trial included in these plans. The order summary and PayPal approval show the total payable, billing period and applicable tax treatment before you authorize payment. Your payment provider may charge currency conversion or other fees under its own terms.
Payments are received by THE INNOVATION INFORMATION SYSTEM through its PayPal business account. Its current payment statement descriptor is CONSEQWIN; this may appear on your payment statement even though your product is CONSEQWIN. This notice does not change the purchased service.
We disclose any proposed recurring price change before it applies and provide an opportunity to cancel, subject to required notice and consent under applicable law.
4. Cancellation and failed renewal
Stop future subscription renewals from Billing in the app or contact support@conseqwin.com. Cancel before the next renewal to avoid the next charge. The billing screen displays the subscription state and paid-through date. Cancellation normally preserves access until the end of the paid period; it does not itself refund an earlier payment.
If a previously paid subscription has a verified failed renewal, access may continue for up to three days after the paid-through date while the payment is resolved. Repeated failures do not restart that period. An initial failed payment does not grant access. Refunds, reversals and payment disputes can suspend or revoke the access they funded and take precedence over a renewal grace period.
5. Refunds and withdrawal
For your first LEARN or TEACH subscription payment, request a refund within 14 days of payment. Renewals do not have an additional voluntary refund window. Duplicate charges and paid services we cannot deliver are reviewed for correction or refund. Approved refunds return through the original payment method and end the refunded access. See the Refund Policy for instructions.
Mandatory consumer rights remain available even where the voluntary window does not apply. Signing in or starting a subscription does not automatically waive a statutory right of withdrawal. Where such a right applies, send a clear withdrawal statement to support@conseqwin.com. We do not require you to waive statutory rights as part of checkout.
6. Accounts, content and acceptable use
Provide accurate details, keep credentials private and report unauthorized access promptly. Use only accounts and workspaces you are entitled to access. Do not share paid logins, bypass access controls, disrupt the service, submit unlawful content or redistribute the platform catalogue beyond your purchased licence.
We and our licensors retain rights in the platform and learning materials. You retain rights in original content you submit and authorize its processing only as needed to operate and support the service. Promotional publication or unrelated use requires a separate lawful arrangement. Use fictional or anonymized examples in simulations.
7. Service changes and responsibility
We use reasonable care to provide the service. Maintenance and security work can interrupt availability. We address material failures according to your contract and applicable law. We may suspend misuse proportionately and explain the reason where lawful and practicable.
Learning and simulation results do not guarantee an exam pass, employment outcome or organizational improvement. They are educational exercises. Accreditation, official courseware and exam vouchers are included only when expressly stated in the offer. No liability or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded is excluded by these terms.
8. Support and disputes
Contact support@conseqwin.com with your order reference, issue and requested outcome. Required legal deadlines and access to competent courts or regulators are unaffected. Applicable mandatory consumer protections and jurisdiction rules continue to apply; these terms do not require consumers to give up protections available in their country.
Changes apply prospectively, with notice or renewed acceptance where required. A checkout records the terms version accepted for that order.
