Training Terms
1. Scope and supplier
CONSEQWIN is the product brand. Services are supplied by THE INNOVATION INFORMATION SYSTEM, at 23 July street, Muscat 25532, Oman. Contact support@conseqwin.com.
These terms supplement the Terms and Conditions. Your accepted order identifies the included features, materials, authorized users, access period and any training delivery. Mandatory rights remain unaffected.
2. LEARN access
LEARN is for independent study with the features listed in the purchase offer. Access is personal to the registered account for its purchased period; it does not imply permanent access or downloadable copies. Live tuition, official exams and exam vouchers are included only if expressly listed. A waitlist is not a paid commitment, and completion does not guarantee an exam pass.
3. TEACH instructor licence
A standard instructor subscription grants the named account access to run supported simulations and prepare classes during its paid period. It does not grant additional instructor logins. Organization licences and additional users require an agreed order. The platform’s advertised capacity of up to 35 teams is a session limit, not 35 instructor accounts.
You may use the intended teaching interface, review team decisions, customize supported scenarios and build Learning Paths. Participants join using team or QR codes. Provide appropriate devices, connectivity and participant information. Do not share instructor credentials, sublicense platform access or redistribute the platform catalogue as standalone materials. Accredited-provider status and official courseware are not implied.
4. TRANSFORM delivery
The accepted proposal specifies audience, objectives, dates, time zone, delivery language and format, participant capacity, instructor arrangements, included materials, fees, taxes, payment milestones, travel or venue costs, reporting and cancellation conditions. Enquiry alone does not confirm a booking. No unspecified cancellation fee applies.
Send booking changes to support@conseqwin.com. Revised dates, substitutions and any lawful disclosed charge must be agreed in writing. If we cannot deliver an agreed booking, we arrange a lawful remedy, which may include replacement delivery or a refund.
5. Materials, privacy and outcomes
Customers retain rights in original materials they submit. Platform designs and learning materials remain ours or our licensors’. Use supplied materials within your purchased permission. Confidential information must not be submitted without authority. Recording, transcription and publication require appropriate prior agreement and participant notice.
Simulation scores are learning feedback, not validated assessments of professional competence. Attendance and exercise performance do not themselves award an official qualification. The Privacy Policy explains information handling. Subscription refunds and cancellation follow the Refund Policy.
