Refund and Cancellation Policy
1. Seller and contact
CONSEQWIN is the product brand. Services are supplied by THE INNOVATION INFORMATION SYSTEM, at 23 July street, Muscat 25532, Oman. Contact support@conseqwin.com.
This policy accompanies the Terms and Conditions. It describes the voluntary refund policy approved for LEARN and TEACH and preserves any mandatory legal rights.
2. First subscription purchase
Request a refund of your first LEARN or TEACH subscription payment within 14 days of payment. Email support@conseqwin.com using your account email and include your purchase reference, payment date and product. Do not send a password or full payment-card details.
Renewal payments do not have an additional voluntary refund window. Duplicate payments and services we cannot supply are reviewed for correction or refund. Mandatory rights apply regardless of the voluntary window.
3. How a refund works
Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method. The access funded by the refunded payment ends. Processing and settlement times depend on PayPal and your payment provider; we do not promise instant receipt. We process refunds within applicable legal deadlines.
Submitting a request is not confirmation that a refund has been processed. Keep the response and payment reference. If you do not receive a response, contact support again with that reference.
4. Stop future renewals
Use Billing in the app to cancel renewal, or contact support@conseqwin.com. Cancellation stops future subscription charges and normally preserves access through the paid-through date. It does not automatically refund a completed payment.
5. Statutory withdrawal and service problems
Where a statutory withdrawal right applies, send a clear statement to support@conseqwin.com identifying the subscription and payment. You may use this wording: “I withdraw from my CONSEQWIN subscription contract. Account email: …; order/payment reference: …; purchase date: …; name: ….” You do not need to use that exact wording.
Starting access does not automatically remove statutory rights. We provide the remedies required for a paid service that is not delivered as agreed. Nothing here restricts a right to complain to PayPal, a competent regulator or a court.
6. TRANSFORM bookings
Cancellation and rescheduling are set out in the accepted written proposal and Training Terms. No cancellation charge applies unless it was disclosed and agreed before booking and is lawful.
